Mélanie Curé

Born and raised in Manitoba, Mélanie brings her analytical eye and love of learning to the O Stratégies team. While her graduate studies at the University of Manitoba and the Université de Sherbrooke stoked her passion for research and writing, Mélanie’s past work in the private and public sectors has left her with a wealth of experience in customer relations, strategic planning, project management, and community development. Through it all, Mélanie has always returned to the teaching and leading environment and continues to work with beginner and intermediate language learners as post-secondary French instructor. A volunteer coach for over two decades, in 2021 she co-founded Beyond the Perimeter Badminton, a volunteer-led organization committed to grassroots development and to leading the community with True Sport values front and centre. Now at O Stratégies since 2023, Mélanie is keen to use her strategic skills to collaborate with organizations, groups, and individuals committed to growth and leadership.
