Kim Kearns (elle/she/her) is a dynamic and experienced professional with over two decades of expertise in organizational development, change management, customer success, and virtual operations. Known for her passion for people, process, and purpose, Kim supports mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs in working smarter by implementing streamlined systems, inclusive policies, and thoughtful leadership practices.
As a co-creator at O Stratégies, Kim leads internal and external operations, administrative systems, and language quality assurance. She brings a collaborative and equity-focused approach to her work, fostering a culture of shared leadership and continuous learning.
Kim holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, along with certifications in Digital HR and ethics for management consultants. She is an active member of several professional associations, including BPW Greater Moncton, CPHR New Brunswick, and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
