Dominique Gaudet

Dominique Gaudet grew up by the sea in the Magdalen Islands. After completing a bachelor's degree in Art History at the Université du Québec à Montréal, Dominique spent some time in Europe, the Middle East and North America, before settling in Moncton in 2012. Dominique has accumulated a decade of experience with non-profit organizations and in the cultural field. As a project manager, she has acquired extensive knowledge of the francophone community and has piloted large-scale projects for Acadian youth. Through her role as co-creator with O Strategies, Dominique has developed strong structural analysis skills. She is passionate about the whys and hows and is able to deconstruct and predict the key elements of an environment in order to transpose them into an organizational approach. Dominique is also involved in the cycling community. As of 2019, she sits on the Board of Directors of the La Bikery Cooperative in Moncton, is an advocate for the non-profit organization Mountain Bike Atlantic, and pushes for a greater presence of women in the sport.
