Arianne is a dedicated leader committed to a solutions-focused and collaborative economy. She brings over 7 years of experience in the non-for-profit sector at both international and local levels. Originally from El Salvador, Arianne has decided to live on the unceded territories of the Mi'kmaq, Wolastoqiyik and Passamoquoddy peoples (New Brunswick) since 2011. Trilingual in Spanish, English and French she is passionate about transforming ideas to reality, loves to innovate and believes strongly in the importance of building meaningful relationships. Before joining O Strategies, Arianne was part of the NB Multicultural Council. She masterminded the creation, launch and subsequent expansion of Imagine NB, a powerful, province-wide youth leadership program for immigrant and refugee youth. She was part of the Leadership Team working in diverse areas within the Immigration sector including Strategic Planning, Operations, Stakeholder Relations, Communications, Policy and Program Development.Recognized as “A Young New Brunswicker to Watch” and “A Young Women of Conviction”, Arianne holds an honours degree in Economics and International Relations from St. Thomas University a certificate in Program Management and the Art of Communication from the University of Maryland. She is also a member of the Wallace McCain Institute alumni network and serves in many community boards such as the NB Champions for Child Rights and the Regroupement Féministe du N.-B. Acadian at heart and proud resident of Belle-Baie, she is a nature lover, foodie, traveler and enjoys her active life with her 4-legged son, Guacamole.
