Founded in 1996, Design Built Mechanical Inc. is a mechanical contracting company that focuses on the design, installation, and management of institutional, commercial, industrial, and biotechnological products. They are experienced in the design and installation of applications involved in the responsible management of household waste, wastewater treatment, and septic services. They have over 150 employees and are headquartered in Northeastern New Brunswick.

As a growing company that now had over 150 employees, they felt it was time to review their Human Resources department. Specifically, they want to introduce team building because they were suffering from high staff turnover, low morale and employee engagement, unclear policies, a lack of transparency in management, and a lack of leadership skills. Overall, the company lacked vision and purpose.
